On the first week of January 2013, his Eminence Metropolitan Gerasimos visited Hawaii to celebrate the Feast of Epiphany. On January 6, 2013, the blessing of the waters, was celebrate at the Ss. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Pacific in Honolulu and beachside on Waikiki Beach fronting the Hale Koa Hotel.
